Railway Station Scalea

The architectural redevelopment project of the railway station building and square of Scalea aims to reconnect the railway station with the urban and natural context in which it is inserted. High-impact visual structures have been created on the outside of the building, on the internal side, facing the platforms. In addition, the new waiting room areas are characterized by green elements, including an art wall, which give a “green” look to the spaces.

Ventilated Facade

With the study of the new “ventilated facade” the natural context will become codified and exposed on the surface of the station itself. The two railway station buildings, once detached, will be unified through the project.
