REDEVELOPMENT
Railway Station S. Margherita
The redevelopment of the station square aims to make the external access space directly connected both with the context and with the railway functions. The new public space includes an overhanging extension of a newly designed Belvedere area. This overlooking terrace becomes a natural continuation of the places and an extension of the external space of the Station. From the terrace it is possible to see the sea and admire the natural context in which the function is inserted.
Viewing Space
The project transforms the station into a vibrant focal point, harmonizing the built environment with the natural beauty of Santa Margherita Ligure, while enhancing the experience for residents and visitors alike.
