SENIOR ARCHITECT
Amaart is looking for Senior Architect to join its team. The Senior Architect will work as a team member on several prestigious projects in Italy and Worldwide from the early concept to design development. The position requires an experienced designer who can effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, manage consultants, interact with clients and Authorities, elaborate and communicate design ideas to a range of audiences and resolve construction challenges.
Skills and requirements
- Master Degree in architecture
- 5 to 8 years professional experience
- Experience in leading medium and large scale projects
- Experience across all design work stages
- Proven knowledge in project development using BIM programs (Revit)
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCad and 3D Software (Rhinoceros)
- Professional English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing
- English and Italian fluency
- International experience will be considered a bonus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Responsabilities
- Collaborate with the work group
- Integrate the contributions of external consultants
- Monitor the progress of design activities
- Coordinate the activities of staff and consultants
- Collaborare with consultants to assess design solutions and guarantee the integrity of the final design
- Coordinate the junior figures and manage the other professional figures involved in the process
- Working with assigned team deadlines and milestones
- Working with assigned team in the production and development of all necessary documents, drawings, models, images, schemes, etc. related to the design and building process
