BLU CLAY COUNTRY SPA DESIGN

THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE PROJECT DESIGN IS TO CREATE A COMPLETE ENCLOSURE AND FUSION WITH NATURE AND ITS NATURAL SURROUNDING

Architecture is RAISED from the ground level as so to maintain complete freedom in continuity of perception. There is no intrusion between the SPA Complex and its landscape, man can experience in all directions the natural beauty of the site area, and also be always part of it totally, with no Barrier.

The Project is focused on the unique chance to recreate a natural and ecological environment, by the use of LOCAL MATERIAL and by the Architecture Design Composition. This will generate an UNIQUE EMBRACE with Nature, that will be the most important experience for the guests that will have the pleasure of leaving in the guesthouse and using the SPA treatments;

HEALTH is brought by architecture throughout the development of the DESIGN PROGRAM, such us raised architecture, patio, visibility and light columns. Raised architecture to change the point of view and bring man towards nature. Patio as a Core element of the concept of the space In-between Nature and function. Visibility from every point of the building complex and form the Inside to the Outside in a continuous dialog. Light columns are the centre of the architecture concept. Columns that remark and represents the Image of the Forest.

RAISED ARCHITECTURE
Raised on different technical and structural elements. Pilotis that frame architecture path, technical and structural oval columns, and structural material integrated walls.

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PATIO
This will beside the internal functions contain the external SPA function, such as natural pools, and relax outside areas, a small farm to house local animals, an outside playground for the summer period. The inspiration for the patio comes from ROMAN ITALIAN BATH houses, where the principal core element is the Patio area, around this centre all the activities took place. Not only was the ROMAN PATIO important for bio technological system, for natural sun and ventilation, but even for the family reunion. In this project the patio is INTERNAL and EXTERNAL. In both ways is designed to be able to keep, maintain and enlarge at the same time the Country Spa Design.

VISIBILTY
Visibility in any direction. On ground level towards nature, and on main service level, side to side, from any part of the complex you can gaze and have a direct idea of all the function around and have a direct contact with nature and the INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PATIO.

LIGHT COLUMNS
In the Patio there are light columns that enlarge architecture and became a reference point to locate the Blue Clay Country Spa.
